3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

6. Free Trial
We offer a 4-week free trial for new customers. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your access will be suspended.

All content, features, and functionality of TechGenie.AI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to provide our services.
9. Service Level Agreement
For Enterprise customers, we provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Credits may be issued for downtime exceeding this threshold, as detailed in your service agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechGenie.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
